Healing is a journey — one you should walk unapologetically. They say the healer is the one who suffers first, only to return with the medicine. I have lived with mental illness and carried the pain of childhood trauma. I have been the woman who was the narcissist's supply, watching my life force drain through the entanglement — only to learn there isn't one perfect, one-size-fits-all way to heal. Sometimes it takes more than therapy to reach the root of the hurt. Sometimes it takes energy work — not only to get to that root, but to release it.

Let me take this moment to introduce who I am and what I do. My name is Omega Jade — Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner, and Empowerment Coach. I studied with Diana Gonsalves Hansen at Mountain Hollow Medicinals to earn my Reiki Master Teacher certification, and with Kirk Jones at Evolvlove Sound & Light Academy to earn my Therapeutic Sound certification.

You may wonder what this work did for me — I'm glad to share that. There was a good amount of childhood trauma that needed clearing. During my Reiki I and II training, I was blessed with the opportunity to do some self-healing. It brought up a lot. I had to feel my way through as I let the energy flow. That journey led me to make serious changes in my life — changes aligned with my purpose. There were losses. But this work, though subtle, is powerful enough to make you take a long, hard look within yourself — and then gives you the confidence to take the action needed to create change, in yourself and in your life.

The symptoms experienced include:

  • Nervous system resetting

  • Improved sleep

  • Improved emotional regulation

  • Better communication within interpersonal relationships

If any part of this resonates with you, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your own healing journey. Reach out, and let's begin.
