Four attunements into the Usui Shiki Ryoho Lineage
In addition you will also obtain:
An understanding on how gentle nourishing herbs can support your journey and how to use them
How to use blessing herbs and techniques to create stronger boundaries
A greater understanding of trauma and how it effects the brain and body
Introduction to herbal infusions for self care and support
In-Person Only: Lunch is included, with gluten-free and vegan options.
Both the in-person and online programs include a course manual and a printed certificate. This class runs from 10am - 3pm for 1-on-1 classes. Group classes run from 9am - 4pm.
Reiki Level 1 is a prerequisite for Reiki Level 2, as each attunement moves you deeper into this healing modality.
